There are however, some minor surface dings located on the cylinder, but nothing that would hamper its operation. All of the percussion nipples are present and in good order, without damages. ![]() The actions of both the hammer pull and cylinder are crisp and tight. This particular pistol contains the serial number of 112067 and retains about 60% of the blued finish along the length of the barrel. Approximately 132,000 were manufactured between the years 1863-1873. The readable markings located on the top flat of the barrel is: PATENTED SEPT, 1858 E.
